Ingredients:
Medium sized apples 2
Milk 3 cups
Sugar 3 tsp
Cinnamon powder 1/2 tsp
Honey 1 tsp
Instructions:
- Peel the apples and dice into cubes.
- In a blender mix all the ingredients to a smooth shake.
- Then add the ice cubes. Blend until frothy.
- Serve chilled and enjoy.
