Apple Milkshake

Apple Milkshake  is a delicious, lip smacking and healthy milkshake. Milk and apples have earned their status as health food because together they provide many essential nutrients, such as high-quality protein, dietary fiber, potassium and calcium. Milk and an apple can be a good choice as part of an overall healthy diet to lower blood sugar. So here is an easy and simple Milkshake recipe.

Apple Milkshake

Ingredients:

   Medium sized apples 2
   Milk 3 cups
   Sugar 3 tsp
   Cinnamon powder 1/2 tsp
   Honey 1 tsp

Instructions:

  • Peel  the apples and dice into cubes.
  • In a blender mix all the ingredients to a smooth shake. 
  • Then add the ice cubes. Blend until frothy.
  • Serve chilled and enjoy.

Tips:

      You can add Cinnamon Powder.
